In order to safeguard against any mishaps or unfortunate accidents that may bring damage to the properties, we hold a bond of between $500 and $1,000, depending on the property booked. This is, of course, refunded on checkout, assuming no damages have been incurred.

During your stay, our customer service contact line is available 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm, and in the event of emergencies, you will be provided with a contact number that can be reached 24/7.

Serviced Albert Park Apartments & Accommodation

For those that wish to forget about the clean-up while staying at our Albert Park serviced apartments, this needs to be pre-organised just so we can arrange for the necessary staff to be available during your stay. There are two options available to all guests.

The Basic Clean service includes emptying of trash, kitchen benches wipe-down, toilets and basins cleaned, a tidy-up of beds without a linen change, vacuuming and your towels washed and dried.

The Full Clean service includes fresh sheets on the beds, which will be fully made, fresh towels, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen benches wiped down, a general tidy up, toilets and sinks cleaned, the shower will be wiped down and the rubbish will be emptied.

The basics of any other type of accommodation booking apply. These include a deposit of 50% taken on bookings that are made 30 days or more in advance of the stay, with the balance payable before arrival, and for bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full booking cost is payable at the point of confirmation.
