LIVING area is very LARGE and SPACIOUS for a one bedroom and can cater for extra guests with a double foldaway SOFA BED and also a single foldaway bed in the lounge area.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, all cutlery, utensils and equipment required to cook. The open plan living/dining area has a very comfy leather sofa lounge, elegant dining suite and a 55' flat screen television.

Queensbridge Square is at the heart of Southbank's entertainment hub.; where buskers and street performers entertain the crowds. SOUTHBANK stretches along the Yarra River from Princes Bridge/St Kilda Rd to Queensbridge Square [Freshwater Place Building location], continuing on passed the Crown Casino through to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at the other end of the Crown Complex. Southbank offers an extensive choice of dining and entertaining options for most peoples choices.
The CLOSENESS of the CBD just across the footbridge on the opposite of the river bank, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district. Melbourne's Exhibition & Convention Centre is just a 2 minute stroll along the Promenade & the CBD is just a walk across the foot bridge.
