Offering fantastic views and location, elegant decor and furnishings this three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is a perfect location for romantic holiday, corporate accommodation or families looking for that special place.

The MAIN BEDROOM is comfortably appointed with a KING size bed and has a walk-through wardrobe area that leads to a PRIVATE en-suite for the main bedroom. This bedroom is very private and separate from the living area and other bedrooms. Can be closed off from other area, making it very private!

The SECOND BEDROOM is comfortably appointed with a QUEEN size bed with amazing uninterrupted city views through floor to ceiling windows.

The THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a Sealy KING bed. This bed can zip together into a King, or unzip into Two Singles. This flexibility allows us to cater for all of our guest’s needs, while providing a level of service and comfort that is hard to find.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, all cutlery, utensils and equipment required to cook. The open plan living/dining area has a very comfy leather sofa lounge, elegant dining suite and a 55' flat screen television.

The second bathroom has a EURO LAUNDRY (including washing machine / dryer). Large private BALCONY with outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the amazing views.

The Freshwater Place Building is situation on the SOUTHBANK PROMENADE at Queensbridge Square, Southbank, Melbourne. Queensbridge Square is at the heart of Southbank's entertainment hub.; where buskers and street performers entertain the crowds. Southbank stretches along the Yarra River from Princes Bridge/St Kilda Rd to Queensbridge Square [Freshwater Place Building location], continuing on passed the Crown Casino through to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at the other end of the Crown Complex. Southbank offers an extensive choice of dining and entertaining options for most peoples choices.

The CLOSENESS of the CBD just across the footbridge on the opposite of the river bank, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district. Melbourne's Exhibition & Convention Centre is just a 2 minute stroll along the Promenade & the CBD is just a walk across the foot bridge.

The famous SHOPPING STRIPS of Bridge Rd, Chapel St & CBD are easily accessed by the tram network just at the bottom of the building as are other famous Melbourne landmarks such as St Kilda Beach & The Queen Victoria or South Melbourne MARKETS. Also within a short walking distance are factory outlets (DFO's) at South Wharf & Southern Cross Station.

CROWN CASINO next door offers numerous restaurants, and offers 40 restaurants catering for every taste and budget, as well as high end shopping, gambling, movie theatre and ten pin bowling. SOUTHGATE just passed Freshwater Place is another focal point in Southbank and offers up-market retail stores and dining, as well as a large food court. Markets are held on the Yarra River at this location each Sunday.

  HOME AWAY FROM HOME We recently stayed at Platinum apartments. Words and pictures will not do it justice. You need to see the apartment for yourself. First of all the location is in the heart of the city. You have some of the finest dining options at your doorstep along with a cafes & casual eateries. Melbourne's greatest shopping spots are just a walk over the footbridge and Crown is literally across the road. I cannot express just how perfect the location of this apartment is. There is a cab rank, atms, an IGa, post office, dry cleaner, chemist, everything you could possibly need is at your feet. The views are amazing. Waking up to the city skyline and falling asleep to the city lights is an experience within itself. You will even get to experience the hourly flame towers of Crown casino from the comfort of the apartment. If you have any hesitations, you can let them rest.   We love this apartment! When we are next back in Melbourne, we will definitely try to stay here again. Perfect location - we enjoyed dinning at the various F & B establishments next to the river (so convenient!). We loved the aquarium which was only a short walk away. Marissa (2.5 yrs.) enjoyed watching the buskers from the apartment windows :-). Thank you so much for getting the groceries for us for the first day and also.... the toy for Marissa:-) she absolutely enjoyed it.
