Smoking, E-Cigarette or Vappering is NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers, lifts, stairwells, car-park and internally at levels 10 and 40.
Only in open area's away from doorways is smoking allowed. All cigarettes, cigar, smoke butts and ash must be deposed of correctly in ash trays. DO NOT put alight cigarette butts into rubbish bins. [CCTV Footage is in all common area - offenders will be evicted + penalties apply].
Penalty apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond. If your apartment has a balcony then smoking is permitted out there, providing the door remains closed, you use the ashtray and empty the ashtray into rubbish on departure. STRICT RULE: Any smell or signs of smoking detected in the apartment, large penalises applies $500+ fine.
NOT PERMITTED - Pets, animal and reptiles are NOT permitted in our apartments.
